CANCELLATION
You may cancel your standard order prior to shipment by sending an e-mail to our web master. Non-standard, special and custom orders may not be cancelled following placement of your order. If you have any question or doubt about the nature of your order, please inquire with us prior to placing your order. No order may be cancelled following shipment.


RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we personally inspect every product before it is shipped. If you nonetheless receive a product that is damaged we will replace it for you or grant you a refund, subject to the following conditions:

All refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee, shipping charges are non refundable.

An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect.

All damaged must be noted at the time of delivery on the bill of lading prior to signing for the shipment. Failure to note damage prior to delivery will result in the denial of any damage claim.

You must have requested and been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within two business days following your receipt of the damaged product (i.e., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and federally-recognized holidays). An RMA number will not be issued after this two day period.

You must clearly and legibly mark the RMA number on the shipping box containing the product you wish to return. A return package without a clear and legible RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Enclose the original sales receipt or a legible photocopy with your return package.

You must return the product to us, at your sole expense and unused in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving an RMA number. The packaging material must not have been damaged. An untimely return package will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Please return all products via a nationally recognized carrier such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or U.S. Express Mail. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged package, so we encourage you to insure the delivery.

E-mail the package tracking number to us along with your RMA number.

In the event of a refund, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the purchase price of the returned product(s), less a 30% restocking fee, within 10 days from our receipt of the returned package. We will not refund or reimburse shipping and handling charges for the original or return deliveries.

Failure to follow our Return Policy as stated above will result in an ineligible return.


We collect certain personal and non-personal information in connection with the creation of accounts and administration of our Website. Except as set forth in the Privacy Policy or in the Terms of Use, your personal information will be deemed to be confidential. Any non-personal information or material provided to us will generally be deemed to NOT be confidential. We will not voluntarily disclose or sell your personal information to third parties for solicitation or other reasons unless you consent, and except as otherwise provided below.
